Returns and exchanges

At Tienda Feliza we want you to be able to fully enjoy your products. That is why if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a quick, agile and simple process so you can exchange or return your product.

How do I make an exchange or return?

To start you just have to press the “exchange/return a product” button and follow the steps: Search for your order with its order number and the email you used in your purchase Select the product(s) you want to exchange or return Choose how you want to send us the products. You can bring or have the products delivered to our offices, we can pick it up or we can call you and coordinate the way that is most comfortable for you. Once we receive your products, within 48 hours. We will process the order and proceed to send you your new product or issue you the corresponding refund.

What do I have to take into account?

We accept exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. In the case of returns you can do so within the first 10 days. All products must be returned in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labels, unused and unwashed. The value of the product will be the price paid in the order, deducting any promotion or discount that has been applied at the time of purchase. Shipping cost will not be refunded Exchanges and returns have no cost, only shipping of the new product will be charged in the case of changes All refunds are made to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
